A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CHAIRMAN OF
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR THE PURCHASE
OF LANDS BY AND BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF MONROE, STATE
OF FLORIDA, AND THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF THE
INTERIOR, U. S. FISH AND WILDLIFE SERVCE, BUREAU OF
SPORT FISHERIES AND WILDLIFE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
That the Mayor and Chairman be authorized to execute
an Agreement for the Purchase of Lands by and between the County
of Monroe, State of Florida, and the United States Department
of the Interior, U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Bureau of
Sport Fisheries and Wildlife, a copy of same being attached hereto.
Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting held on the 4th
day of April, 1978.
