A RESOLUTION TO RESCIND RESOLUTION NO. 504- 1993
Whereas, it has become necessary to rescind Resolution No. 504
-1993, passed and adopted November 29, 1993, due to erroneous
account numbers, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the receipt of unanticipated
funds previously set up in the Monroe County Budget for the Fiscal
Year 1994 in Resolution No. -1993, passed and adopted on
November 29, 1993, is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on
the 22 day of December, A.D. 1993.
