RESOLUfION NO. 89 -1976
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, desires to build a fishing pier from the end of White
Street in the City of Key West, Florida, said pier to be 20 feet
wide and 300 feet long with a T-shaped finger at the end of said
pier 40 feet wide, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COm~TY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Secretary of Transportation, Department
of TransDortation State of Florida, be and he is hereby requested
to grant permission to the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, to build said pier at the end of White Street
in the City of Key West, Florida,
