tffiEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, is desirous of approving the Subdivision Plat of a parcel
of real property subdivided in accordance of law and designated
as Stirrup Key Subdivision, a subdivision in part of Government
Lot 1, Section 31, Township 65 South, Range 32 East, and compris-
ing all of Stirrup Key located within the County of Monroe, State
of Florida, and
WHEREAS, said subdivision plat has been examined and is en-
titled under the law to recordation in the office of the Clerk,
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the subdivision designated as Stirrup
Key be and the same is hereby accepted and the Clerk is authorized
to record the same.
