RESOLUTION NO. 101_1976
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, by Resolution No. 92-1976 inadvertently
approved a subdivision of land kno~~ as Stirrup Key Subdivision,
a subdivision in part of Government Lot 1, Section 31, Township
65 South, Range 32 East, and comprising all of Stirrup Key located
within the County of Monroe, State of Florida, and
WHEREAS, said plat did not comply with all the provisions
of the Monroe County Plat Filing Law, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COm~TY, FLORIDA, that Monroe County Resolution No. 92-1976
be and the same is hereby rescinded.
