RESOLUTION NO. 102 -1976
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT FOR RECORD
WHEREAS, WILLIAM T. MILLS and JOYCE J. MILLS have re-
quested that the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, approve for record a plat kno,^1Il as "STIRRUP KEY SUB-
DIVISION, a Subdivision in part of Government Lot 1, Section 31,
Township 65 South, Range 33 East and comprising all of Stirrup
Key so located within the County of Monroe, State of Florida",
and
WHEREAS, the County Tax Assessor, County Zoning Director
and County Engineers have recommended that said Board approve
said plat for record, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the plat known as "STIRRUP KEY SUB-
DIVISION, a Subdivision in part of Government Lot 1, Section 31,
Township 65 South, Range 33 East and comprising all of Stirrup
Key so located within the County of Honrue, State of Florid.:}",
be and the same is hereby approved for record, and the Chairman
and Clerk of said Board are hereby authorized to sign the certifi-
cate of approval of said plat.
