RESOLUTION NO. 119-1976
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT FOR RECORD
WHEREAS, BUCCANEER POINT ESTATES, INC., a Florida Cor-
poration; and JAMES C. DOUGHERTY, STUART D. MARR AND LOIS A. MARR,
his wife, as Trustees for a General Partnership doing business as
BAKER CUT POINT CO.: and JAMES C. DOUGHERTY, individually; and
WILLIAM T. MIXSON, individua11y; have requested that the Board of
County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, approve for record
a plat known as "BUCCANEER POINT, a Subdivision of Portions of
Tract 1, "Largo Sound - Tarpon Basin Properties", (P.B. 4, Pg. 130),
lying in Government Lots 1 and 2, Section 31, Township 61 South,
Range 39 East, Key Largo, Monroe County, Florida", and
WHEREAS, the County Tax Assessor, County Zoning Director
and County Engineers have recommended that said Board approve
said plat for record, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the plat known as "BUCCANEER POINT,
a Subdivision of Portions of Tract 1, "Largo Sound - Tarpon Basin
Properties", (P.B. 4, Pg. 130), lying in Government Lots 1 and 2,
Section 31, Township 61 South, Range 39 East, Key Largo, Monroe
County, Florida", be and the same is hereby approved for record,
and the Chairman and Clerk of said Board are hereby authorized to
sign the certificate of approval of said plat.
