RESOLUTION DENYING ZONING APPEAL OF
MR. FRANK KREPS
WHEREAS, the zoning appeal of Mr. Frank Kreps having come on to
be heard before the Board of County Commissioners on August 17, 1976, and
WHEREAS, said zoning appeal was predicated on the fact that the Zoning
Board had denied appellant rezoning of Lot 16, Block 5, of Largo Garden~,s
Subdivision from RU-l to RU-5, and
WHEREAS, by previous action of the Board of County Commissioners
a zoning moratorium was placed on R U -5 zoning and said moratorium remains
in effect, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the zoning appeal of Mr. Frank Kreps be
and the same is hereby denied for the reasons above stated.
BE IT FUR THER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be furnished
to Mr. Frank Kreps with notification that he may appeal this decision to the
appropriate court no later than thirty (30) days from the date hereof.
