RESOLUTION 110.156 -1976
WHEREAS, the tax roll for the year 1976 has been equal-
ized by the Board of Tax Adjustment of Monroe County, Florida,
and the Property Appraiser of Monroe County, Florida, has certified
the valuation thereon and the budget for each County fund has been
adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, and
WHEREAS, the Monroe County Mosquito Control District and
the Lower Florida Keys Hospital District have adopted their bud-
gets and have certified the millage to be levied for said bodies,
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the millage to be levied for the year
1976 is hereby adopted as follows:
General Revenue 4.051 Mills
Fine and Forfeiture 2.142 "
1965 Certificate of Indebtedness .136 "
Monroe County Mosquito Control Dist. 1. 212 "
Health Clinic (State Board of
Health) .251 "
Lower Florida Keys Hospital Dist. 1. 516 "
Municipal Service Tax District 1. 000 "
Totals 10.308 Mills
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of
said Board be, and he is hereby directed to certify the above
levied millage to the County Property Appraiser.
