RESOLUTION NO.161 - 1976
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING DUMPING FEES FOR USE OF
SANITARY LAND FILLS OPERATED BY THE MUNICIPAL
SERVICE DISTRICT EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 1976.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE MONROE
COUNTY MUNICIPAL SERVICE DISTRICT that effective October 1, 1976,
the dumping fees to be charged for use of the District's Sanitary
Land Fills shall be as follows:
1. At all land fills having weigh scales:
a. Less than 750 Ibs. - minimum charge of $l.OO.
b. 750 - 1500 Ibs. - $2.00.
c. 1500 Ibs. and above - $3.00 per each ton
or portion thereof
2. At all land fills not having weigh scales:
a. 1 yard shall be deemed to equal 650 lbs. and
shall be charged as set forth above.
