RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE ADMINISTRATIVE
PROCEDURES AND EMPLOYMENT POLICIES
AND PROCEDURES OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS AS THE ADMINISTRATIVE
PROCEDURES AND EMPLOYMENT POLICIES
OF THE MUNICIPAL SERVICE DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, in the interest of uniformity the BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA are desirous of adopting
the Employment Policies and Administrative Procedures presently in effect
governing the County Commission to likewise apply to the operation of the
Municipal Service District, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE MONROE
COUNTY MUNICIPAL SERVICE DISTRICT AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Board Administrative Procedures adopted by the Board
of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Floridaare hereby adopted and shall
apply from date hereof to the governing body of the Municipal Service District.
2. That the rules, regulations and policies governing employment,
compensation, working hours, vacations, sick leave, retirement, suspension,
discharge and all other matters contained in Monroe County Resolution No. 109-1974
are hereby adopted to the extent that the same may be adopted and shall apply
from date hereof to all employees of the Municipal Service District.
