RESOLUTION NO.178

WHEREAS, the Manpower Planning Consortium for Dade and
Monroe Counties has received funds for the operation of Public
Service Employment Program under Title VI of the Comprehensive
Employment and Training Act of 1973, and
WHEREAS, said Manpower Planning Consortium has allocated
certain funds to be spent in Monroe County, Florida, for the
operation of a Public Service Employment Program for a period of
one month beginning November 1, 1976, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, has allocated to a certain public body in Monroe County,
Florida, the following sum:
Monroe County Board of Public Instruction
$1,700.00
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE, COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Comprehensive Manpower Planning
Consortium for Dade and Monroe Counties allocate the above fund to
the Monroe County Board of Public Instruction, and that said body
be authorized to contract directly with the Manpower Planning
Consortium for Dade and Monroe Counties to implement their individual
program.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of
said Board be, and he is hereby authorized to forward certified
copies of this resolution to the Manpower Planning Consortium of
Dade and Monroe Counties.
