RESOLUTION NO .187 -1976
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, has established a Manpower Planning Sub-Council
and agreed to hear recommendations from said Sub-Council, and
WHEREAS, on September 14, 1976, the Board of County Com-
missioners of Monroe County, Florida, approved the following
recommendations of the Manpower Planning Sub-Council, now, there-
fore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the Manpower Planning Sub-Council and the Monroe
County CETA Administration Office are directed to review and
evaluate all new and existing programs using the following program
criteria:
a. Increases the economic base of the community.
b. Establishment of positions that eventually
will be self-sustaining.
c. Establishment of positions to enable parti-
cipants to obtain employment in the community.
d. Establishment of positions that meet the
needs of the community.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD, that the Clerk of
said Board be, and he is hereby authorized to forward certified
copies of this resolution to the Manpower Planning Sub-Council
and the Monroe County CETA Administration Office.
