Resolution 088-1977RESOLUTION NO. 88 -1977 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO EXECUTE A CONSENT TO ASSIGNMENT OF A LEASE BY AND BETWEEN J. J. SCARLET AND EDWARD B. KNIGHT FOR LEASING OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AT THE KEY WEST INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF'COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: That the Mayor and Chairman be authorized to execute a Consent to Assignment of a Lease by and between J. J. Scarlet and Edward B. Knight, copy of same being attached hereto, for the leasing of certain real property at the Key West International Airport. Passed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting held on the 24th day of May, 1977. Y County Attorney's Office ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE; ACCEPTANCE; CONSENT. ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE Monroe County, Florida. KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, J. J. SCARLET, of Key West, Monroe County, Florida, for value received, hereby assign, transfer and set over unto EDWARD B. KNIGHT, of Key West, Monroe County, Florida, that certain Lease dated the 1st day of May, 1965, made by COUNTY OF MONROE, STATE OF FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, as lessor, to me, of that certain area of real property locatedat the Monroe County Airport, Key West, Monroe County, Florida, to have and to hold the same unto the said EDWARD B. KNIGHT, and his heirs, personal representatives and assigns from the date hereof for and during the remainder of the term thereof, subject to the rents, covenants, conditions and provisos therein mentioned. Attached hereto and made a part hereof the same as if it was set forth herein verbatim is one of the duplicate originals of the aforementioned Lease.
