RESOLUTION NO. 223 -1976
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT FOR RECORD
WHEREAS, STUART W. PATTON as Trustee and JOE M. BURTON
and ISABEL R. BURTON, husband and wife, have requested that the
Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, approve
for record a plat known as "HARBOR COURSE SECTION FOUR OCEAN REEF
PLAT NO. 13, a Subdivision, Being a Replat of a Portion of the
SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4, Section 13, Township 59 South,
Range 40 East, "Arsenal Point Key Larney Properties", (P.B. 4,
P. 129); and Portions of the Unplatted Portion of the SE 1/4, Sec-
tion 13, Township 59 South, Range 40 East, Key Largo, Monroe County,
Florida", and
WHEREAS, said plat conforms with all of the plat filing
rules and regulations of Monroe County, Florida, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the plat known as "HARBOR COURSE SEC-
TION FOUR OCEAN REEF PLAT NO. 13, a Subdivision, Being a Replat of
a Portion of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4, Section 13,
Township 59 South, Range 40 East, "Arsenal Point Key Lamey
Properties", (P.B. 4, P. 129); and Portions of the Unplatted Por-
tion of the SE 1/4, Section 13, Township 59 South, Range 40 East,
Key Largo, Monroe County, Florida", be and the same is hereby
approved for record, and the Chairman and Clerk of said Board are
hereby authorized to sign the certificate of approval of said plat.
