, the following Resolution W8.S adopted.
vmEREAS, the State Road Department has located and proposes to construct and

improve State Road BouJ..evard, Section 90504-2603 in Monroe
County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, in order for the State Road Department to further and complete said
~oject, it is necessary that certain lands now owned by
Monroe
County be acquired by the State of Florida for the use and benefit of the State
Road Department of Florida; and
WHEREAS, the State Road Department having requested said County to execute
and deliver to the State Road Department a deed or deeds in favor of the State
of Florida, conveying all rights, title and interest that said County has in and
to said lands required for right of way for said State Road, and said request
having been duly considered.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of said
County that the Chairman and Clerk of said Board be and they are hereby authorized
and di~ected to make, execute and deliver to the State Road Department a deed or
deeds in favor of the State of Florida conveying all right, title and interest of
said County in and to said lands owned by said County required for right of way
for said State Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this Resolution be forwarded
forthwith to the State Road Department at Tallahassee, Florida.

Dear Mr. Sawyer:
Enclosed find an original and two copies .of Parcel 101.1 for
your handling with the Board of County Commissioners. After
executing and recording the original of the Deed, please return
same to this office, together with a certified copy of the
attached Resolution.
We caution you that, before you execute Parcel 101.1, that you be
sure that you record the deed from John F. Harkness individually
and as trustee, as town on the attached Resolution .and also the
attached Deed, dated November 29, 1966.
Since both of these deeds have been made out to Monroe County,
they will have to be recorded prior to your executing and
' recording the County Deed noted above.
