SECONDARY ROADS
WHEREAS, Monroe County, Florida, the upland owner of lands on
Spanish Harbor Key, Monroe County, Florida, has no objection to the sale
of bay bottom lands adjacent to the lands owned by said County, to the State
Road Department of the State of Florida, for construction purposes in con-
nection with State Job #90530-3616, and
WHEREAS, the Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund of the
State of Florida have requested a Resolution from the Board of County Com-
missioners of Monroe County, Florida, indicating that said Board has no
objection to the sale of said lands, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Trustees of the Internal Im-
provement Fund of the State of Florida be, and they are hereby notified that
Monroe County, Florida, the upland owner of lands on Spanish Harbor Key,
Monroe County, Florida, has no objection to the sale of bay bottom lands
adjacent to the lands owned by said County, to the State Road Department
of the State of Florida, for construction purposes in connection with State
Job #90530-3616, and that the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, has no objection to the sale of said lands.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and he is hereby authorized to forward certified copies of this
Resolution to the Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund of the State of
Florida , and the State Road Department of the State of Florida, for appro-
priate action.

State Road Department Auditorium, Haydon Burns Building, Tallahassee,
Florida, until 10:30 A.M. (E.S.T. ) on the 29th day of March, 1967,
on the above project.
A cordial invitation is extended to the Board of County
Commissioners of your County to be present at this letting.
After the bids are tabulated you will be advised as to the
low bidder and will be furnished a complete tabulation of all bids
received.
