RESOLUTION NO.
15 -1967
SECONDARY ROADS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida desires to acquire a ISO' right-of-way for State Road 905, and to
remove the curves in said road, and
WHEREAS, there is an item known as lIRight-of-way for Primary
and Secondary roads throughout Monroe County" set up in the $7,900,000.00
bond issue, and
WHEREAS, said Board desires to direct the State Road Department
to acquire said right-of-way, and to have the County Engineer revise said
right-of-way and take the necessary action to expedite the acquisition of
said right-of-way, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the State Road Department be, and
it is hereby authorized to acquire the necessary ISO' right-of-way for State
Road 905, and to have the County Engineer revise said right-of-way and
take the necessary action to expedite the acquisition of said right-of-way,
and to pay for the cost of same out of the proceeds of the $7,900, 000. 00
bond issue under the item known as "Right-of-way for Primary and Secon-
dary roads throughout Monroe County".
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and he is hereby authorized to forward certified copies of this
Resolution to the State Road Department for appropriate action.
