RESOLUTION NO. 22 -1967
SECONDARY ROADS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida has previously authorized the construction of a Secondary Road
Project known as Section 90550-2608, State Road 941, Stock Island (Mac-
Donald Avenue), and
WHEREAS, the State Road Department has notified said Board that
there are three concrete buildings encroaching from 21 to 4-1/2' into the
right-of-way on said project, said buildings being located at Station 11 +
61, Station 37 + 74 and Station 44 + 79, and a set of concrete steps that
encroach 31 into the right-of-way on said project at Station 29 + 32, and
WHEREAS, the owners of the property upon which said encroach-
ments are located have indicated to said Board that they do not desire to
remove said encroachments, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the State Road Department be,
and it is hereby authorized to delete the construction of sidewalks from
Station 11 + 61, Station 37 + 74, Station 44 + 79 and Station 29 + 32, in
the Secondary Road Project known as Section 90550-2608, State Road
941, Stock Island (MacDonald Avenue).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of
said Board be, and he is hereby authorized to forward certified copies
of this Resolution to the State Road Department for appropriate action.
