23 -1967
SECONDAR Y ROADS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida has previously authorized the beautification of the right..of-way
on Flagler Avenue in the City of Key West, Florida, known as Job No.
90570..3603, Landscaping, Flagler Avenue, Key West, and
WHEREAS, said Board desires the State Road Department to in-
stall the necessary water meters in connection with said project, and to
pay for the cost of water used in said project out of Monroe County, Flori-
da Secondary Road Funds, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the State Road Department be,
and it is hereby authorized to take the necessary action to install water
meters in connection with the project known as Job No. 90570-3603, Land-
scaping, Flagler Avenue, Key West, and to pay for the cost of water used
in maintaining said landscaping out of Monroe County, Florida Secondary
Road Funds.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of
said Board be, and he is hereby authorized to forward certified copies of
this Resolution to the State Road Department for appropriate action.
