SECONDARY ROADS

WHEREAS, there is an existing right-of-way map for Section
90520 - 260 1 of State Road S- 905, showing the proposed future alignment
for the ultimate extension of said State Road S-905, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida desires that the proposed alignment be modified slightly, beginning
at Station 669 + 42.90, and
WHEREAS, said proposed change of alignment traverses undeveloped
lands in the Northernmost portions of the Ocean Reef properties, and
WHEREAS, said minor change of alignment has no effect upon the
agreement previously reached between Monroe County, Florida and the
owners of said Ocean Reef properties, as set forth in Resolution No. 9-1968,
Secondary Roads, dated May 14, 1968, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the State Road Department be,
and it is hereby requested to make the changes in the alignment in the
proposed right-of-way as shown on the attached sketch, prepared by the
County Engineer.
BE IT FUR THER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and he is hereby authorized to forward certified copies of this
Resolution to the State Road Department for appropriate action.
