RESOLUTION NO. 10 -1969
SECONDAR Y ROADS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida desires to amend the 1969-70 Secondary Road Budget by deleting
from and adding to certain projects in said Budget, and
WHEREAS, the project to be deleted is not within the scope of the
Secondary Road Program, but should be constructed as a County Road Pro-
ject, and
WHEREAS, the project to be added is an integral part of a previously
authorized project, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the State Road Department be, and it is
hereby directed and authorized to make the following changes in the 1969-70
Secondary Road Budget:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and he is hereby authorized to forward certified copies of this
Resolution to the State Road Department for appropriate action.
