RESOLUTION NO. 14-1969'
SECONDARY ROADS
WHEREAS, on February 19, 1969, by Resolution No. 5-1969,
Secondary Roads, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida agreed to a re -alignment beginning at Station 669 + 42. 90, of an
existing right-of-way map for Section 90520-2601 of State Road 5-905,
and
WHEREAS, said Board is desirous of re -acquiring the abandoned
alignment as set forth in said Resolution, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that said Board hereby requests the
State Road Department to disclaim the interest of said State Road Depart-
ment in and to the property -which constituted the abandoned portion of
the road right-of-way previously referred to.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of
said Board be, and he is hereby authorized to forward certified copies
of this Resolution to the State Road Department for appropriate action.
