SECONDAR Y ROADS
WHEREAS, the Department of Transportation, State of Florida,
has requested authorization for the expenditure of Monroe County
Secondary Funds in the approximate amount of $15,000.00 for repairs
of a portion of Card Sound Road as previously authorized by County
Resolution No. 22-70, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY 1 FLORIDA, that the Department of Transportation,
State of Florida, be, and it is hereby authorized to expend Monroe Comty
Secondary Road Funds in the amount of approximately $15,000.00, for
the immediate resurfacing of a portion of Card Sound Road, as outlined
in paragraph 6 of Resolution No. 22-70, and letter from said Department
of Transportation dated December 31, 1970.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD, that the Clerk of
said Board be, and he is hereby directed to forward certified copies of
this Resolution to the said Department of Transportation for appropriate
action.
