SECONDAR Y ROADS
WHEREAS, the Department of Transportation is in the process of
constructing a road on Alamanda Terrace, Key Haven, Monroe County,
Florida, and
WHEREAS, said Department desires it raise the grade of the road
six (6Q inches to provide cover over an existing sanitary sewer line on said
road and has requested the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida for authority to raise said grade six (6) inches, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Department of Transportation,
State of Florida, be, and it is hereby authorized in the construction of a
road on Alamanda Terrace, Key Haven, Monroe County, Florida, to raise
the grade of said road six (6) inches in order to provide cover over an
existing sanitary sewer line.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD, that the Clerk of
said Board be, and he is hereby authorized to forward certified copies of
said Resolution to the Department of Transportation for appropriate action.
