RESOLUTION NO.
23 -1961
SECONDAR Y ROADS
WHEREAS, at a meeting of the Trustees of the Internal Im-
provement Fund of the State of Florida on March 28, 1961, said Trus-
tees loaned to Monroe County, Florida the sum of $50,000.00 for
emergency work necessary on roads and bridges damaged by Hurri-
cane Donna, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida agreed to reimburse said Trustees out of Monroe County,
Florida Secondary Road Funds, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSION-
ERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the State Road Department
of the State of Florida be, and it is hereby authorized to reimburse the
Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund of the State of Florida out
of Monroe County, Florida Secondary Road Funds, the sum of $50, 000. 00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of
said Board be, and he is hereby authorized to forward certified copies
of this Resolution to the State Road Department for appropriate action.
