Resolution 013-1963 RESOLUTION NO. 13-1963 - SECONDARY ROADS WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, F:l.orida, has previously adopted a resolution setting forth its Secondary Road Program for the year 1963, and WHEREAS, the State Road Department of Florida has advised said Board that there are not sufficient funds to complete all of the projects included in said program and requested that certain items be deleted from said program, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMl1ISSIONERS OF MON"ROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the State Road Department be, and it is hereby authorized to delete and/or change as follows, the following projects adopted under Secon- dary Resolution No. 7-1963, dated March 13, 1963: 1. R^: Surveys: Delete: (a) (b) (c) (e) U. S. 1, Seven Mile Bridge North to Vaca Cut. U. S. 1, Tea Table Relief Bridge North to Whale Harbor. U. s. 1, Snake Creek Bridge North to Lake Surprise. Duval Street, from Ocean to Gulf, and Angela Street from Duval to Simonton. 3. Road, Bridge and Boat Marina: Delete: Improvements to Palm Avenue, Eaton Street and Whitehead street to Truman Avenue. 5. Big Pine: Delete: then West through Eden Pines Subdivision. 49. DELEl'E: (All of 49) Loop Road... Collier County Line to Dade County Line and access road South to Pinecrest - Grade and Pave. (Contin- gent upon Dade and Collier participation). 52. DELETE: (All of 52) Spanish Harbor Bridge and Causeway to No Name Key and road an No Name Key. 53. DELET~: (All of 53) Bridge at Eden Pines Subdivision, Big Pine Key, Plat Book 5, Page 26, Public Records of Monroe County, F:l.orida (over newly dug channel). BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Secondary Resolution be amended in accordance with the above paragraph of this Resolution. BE IT FUHTHEH RE,9JLVED BY SAID IDARD that the Clerk of said Board be, and he is hereby authorized to forward certified copies of this Resolution to the State Road Department for appropriate action.
