RESOLUTION NO. 14 -1963
SECONDARY ROADS
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board of
County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida that the approach from
State Road H5 (U. S. Highway HIt to RustyJs Fishing Camp, just south of
the Tavernier Creek Bridge, is badly in need of repair, and in such con-
dition is creating a traffic hazard which is dangerous to the traveling
public. and
WHEREAS, said Board deems it an emergency measure to take
immediate action to pave said approach, and to pay for the cost of same
out of Monroe County, Florida Secondary Road Funds. now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the State Road Department be, and
it is hereby authorized to pave the approach to Rusty's Fishing Camp, just
south of the Tavernier Creek Bridge, on State Road H5 (U. S. Highway HI),
and to pay for the cost of same out of Monroe County, Florida Secondary
Road Funds.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be. and he is hereby authorized to forward certified copies of this
Resolution to the State Road Department for appropriate action as an emer-
gency measure.
