RESOLUTION NO. 073 -1992
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA,
HEREBY AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR
WITH SIGNATURE AUTHORITY ON THE FISCAL
REPORTS FOR THE FOURTH YEAR SOLID WASTE
RECYCLING AND EDUCATION GRANT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution 313 - 1991, the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida, authorized the execution and acceptance of the
Department of Environmental Regulation Solid Waste Recycling and Education
Grant, and;
WHEREAS, the Florida Department of Environmental Regulation has
issued Grant Agreement RE 92-42, and
WHEREAS, the Department of Environmental Regulation must be notified
of the representative by resolution or minutes of a commission meeting,
now therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY,
FLORIDA: that the Board authorizes the County Administrator to have
signature authority on the Department of Environmental Regulation Solid
Waste Recycling and Education Grant.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 29th day
of January, A.D. 1992.
