RESOLUTION NO. 38 -1966
SECONDAR Y ROADS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida has previously authorized the construction of Cross Street on Stock
Island, Monroe County, Florida, which said project is presently designated
as Job #90550-3609, and
WHEREAS, said Board desires to extend said project from 9th Ave-
nue to 12th Avenue on Stock Island, and to include said extension in the pre-
sent project being paid for out of Monroe County, Florida Secondary Road
Funds, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY J FLORIDA, that the State Road Department be, and
it is hereby authorized to include in the construction of Cross Street on Stock
Island, Monroe County, Florida, designated as Job #90550-3609, the extension
of said Cross Street from 9th Avenue to 12th Avenue on Stock Island, and to
pay for the cost of same out of Monroe County, Florida Secondary Road Funds.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and he is hereby authorized to forward certified copies of this
Resolution to the State Road Department for appropriate action.
