RESOLUTION NO. 39 -1966
SECONDAR Y ROADS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida has previously authorized the State Road Department to delete from
the Monroe County, Florida Secondary Road Program the project designated
as Job #90550-3610, Parking Area on Stock Island, Monroe County, Florida,
and
WHEREAS, said Board, after receiving an estimate from the State
Road Department of $4,400.00 for said work, now desires to include said
project in its Secondary Road Program, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the State Road Department be, and
it is hereby requested to include in the Monroe County, Florida Secondary
Road Program for 1966-67 the project designated as Job #90550-3610, Parking
Area on Stock Island, Monroe County, Florida, provided that the cost of same
does not exceed the sum. of $4,400.00, and to pay for the cost of same out of
Monroe County, Florida Secondary Road Funds.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and he is hereby authorized to forward certified copies of this
Resolution to the State Road Department for appropriate action.
