SECONDARY ROADS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida has previously authorized the construction of streets and sidewalks
in Riviera Shores Subdivision (P. B. 3, p. 48) in the City of Key West, Flori-
da, said project being designated as Item No. 16 in the Monroe County Sec-
ondary Road Resolution for 1966-67, and
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board by the
City of Key West, Florida that the streets in said subdivision have not been
paved from curb to curb, which violates the City's street standards for sub-
divisions, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the State Road Department be, and
it is hereby requested to include in the project designated as Item No. 16 in
the Monroe County Secondary Road Resolution for 1966-67, the pavement of
said streets in their entirety, from curb to curb, in said Riviera Shores Sub-
division, and to pay for the cost of same out of Monroe County, Florida Sec-
ondary Road Funds.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and he is hereby authorized to forward certified copies of this
Resolution to the State Road Department for appropriate action.
