SECONDARY ROADS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, by Resolution adopted April 27, 1965, has previously authorized
the construction of streets and sidewalks in Ser-Deb Estates (P. B. 5, p. 87)
in the City of Key West, Florida, and
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board by the
City of Key West, Florida that the streets in said subdivision have not been
paved from curb to curb, which violates the City's street standards for sub-
divisions, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
Or MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the State Road Department be, and
it is hereby requested to include in the project previously authorized by said
Board for the construction of streets and sidewalks in .Ser-Deb Estates, the
pavement of said streets in their entirety, from curb to curb, in said Ser-
Deb Estates, and to pay for the _cost of same out of Monroe County, Florida
,secondary Road Funds.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and he is hereby authorized to forward certified copies of this
Resolution to the State Road Department for appropriate a-ction.
