SECONDARY ROADS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida deems it necessary to provide a 10' vertical clearance under the
bridge to be constructed in connection with the Ocean to Bay road project
on North Key Largo, Monroe County, Florida (State Job #90505-1608), now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA that the State Road Department be, and
it is hereby authorized to include in the Ocean to Bay road project on North
Key Largo, Monroe County, Florida (State Job #90505-1608) a bridge with a
10' vertical clearance, and that appropriate action be taken by said State Road
Department to construct said bridge with said clearance, and to pay for the
cost of such construction out of Monroe County, Florida Secondary Road Funds.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and he is hereby authorized to forward certified copies of this Reso-
lution to the State Road Department for appropriate action.
