SECONDARY ROADS
WHEREAS, as a result of unanticipated expenditure of Secondary
Road Funds due to damages to secondard roads and cleaning of secondary
roads in Monroe County, Florida, due to Hurricane "Betsy", there are in-
sufficient funds in the Monroe County Florida Secondary Road Budget for
the year 1966-67 to complete all projects previously authorized under said
program, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe Coun-
ty, Florida desires to delete from the Monroe County Florida Secondary Road
Program for the year 1966-67 the project known as #90040-2503, Right-of-
Way, Marathon, Monroe County, Florida, U. S. Highway #1, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the State Road Department be, and it
is hereby authorized to delete from the Monroe County Florida Secondary Road
Program for the year 1966-67 the project known as #90040-2503, Right-of-
Way, Marathon, Monroe County, Florida, U. S. Highway #1.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of
said Board be, and he is hereby authorized to forward certified copies of this
Resolution to the State Road Department for appropriate action.
