A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 539-1991
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 539-1991 heretofore enacted for the
purpose of transferring funds, contains certain erroneous
account numbers, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Commission to rectify by
amendment such errors, now, therefore,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following items:
Fine and Forfeiture Fund #101
Transfer from Reserves and Transfers
Item #001-920000-584990, Contingency
For the Amount of $25,000.00
Into Jail Operations
Item #101-300001-523620, Capital Outlay - Buildings
are hereby amended to read as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board, upon receipt of the above, is hereby authorized and
directed to make the necessary changes of said items, as set
forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board
on the 29th day of January, A.D., 1991.
