A RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida, to make budgeted transfers set up in
the Monroe County Budget for the Fiscal Year 1991 and to create
new items under said budget, therefore,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the budgeted transfers previously
set up in the Monroe County Budget for the Fiscal Year 1991 in
the amount, hereinafter set forth be transferred to and from the
following account:
Municipal Service District Fund #104
Transfer from Reserves and Transfers
Item #104-920000-584990, Contingency
For the Amount of $40,550.00
Into MSD - Cudjoe Key Landfill
Item #104-097302-534496, Cudjoe Key Landfill
Transfer from Reserves and Transfers
Item #104-920000-584992, Reserve for Closure
For the Amount of $84,500.00
Into MSD - Cudjoe Key Landfill

forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
on the 19th day of February, A.D. 1992.
