WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida desires to amend sub-section 13 of Section C, IrGeneral Procedure
for Filing Platslr of the plat filing rules and regulations for Monroe County,
Florida, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that sub- section 13 of Section C, "Gen-
eral Procedure for Filing Platslr of the plat filing rules and regulations for
Monroe County, Florida, be, and the same is hereby amended to read as
follow s :
SECTION C. GENERAL PROCEDURE FOR FILING PLATS
13. Minimum Lot Size Required
The minimum. lot size required shall be determined by
the current edition of the Zoning Regulations for Monroe
County, Florida.
