WHEREAS, Summerland Key Cove, Inc., a Florida corporation,
desires to convey certain lands to the County of Monroe, State of Florida,
for road purposes, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida desires to accept such conveyance, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA., that the following described lands in
Monroe County, Florida, to -wit:
A. parcel of land 50 feet wide connecting Isles Boulevard to
Caribbean Drive and being a part of Lot 19, Block 4,
"SUMMERLAND KEY COVE - A.DDITION NO. 5" as recorded
in Plat Book 5 at Page 40 of the Public Records of Monroe
County, Florida and being more particularly described by
metes and bounds as follows: Commence at the Northwest
corner of the said Lot 19 and run thence South 17" 31' 00"
East, 5. 0 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the parcel of
land herein described; thence continue South 170 31' 00"
East, 50 feet to a point; thence run North 72' 29' 00" East,
125 feet to a point on the Easterly line of the said Lot 19;
thence run North 17' 31' 00" West, 50 feet to a point; thence
run South 72' 29' 00" West, 125 feet back to the point of be-
ginning;
being deeded by Summerland Key Cove, Inc., a Florida corporation, to
Monroe County, State of Florida, for road purposes, be, and the said con-
veyance is hereby accepted and approved, and the Chairman and the Clerk of
said Board be, and they are hereby authorized to execute the necessary ac-
ceptance on said deed of conveyance, and cause same to be recorded in the
Public Records of Monroe County, Florida.
