RESOLUTION NO.. 54-1970
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissi.oners of Monroe County,
Florida desires to renounce and disclai~ any right of the County and the
public in and to the 'hereinafter described street, alley-way, road or high-
way as delineated on the hereinafter describe~ap or plat, and
WHEREAS, under Chapter 336, Florida Statutes, it is necessary to .,
hold a public hearing after publishing due notice of( said hearing in accor-
dance with said Chapter, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY. FLORIDA, that at 2 :00
P. M. Tuesday,
July 14th
; 1970, saId Board will hold a public hearing
to determine whether or not said Board will renounce and disclaim any
right of the County and the public in and to the following described street,
alley-way, road or highway:
That certain 20' alley as shown on a plat known as J. L.
RIBBLE SUBDIVISION, located in Government Lot 2,
Section 6, Township 66, Range 33, and adjacent submerged
land on Key Vaca, Monroe County, Florida, as recorded in
Plat Book 4, page 163, Public Records of Monroe County,
Florida.
BE IT FUR THER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and he is hereby ordered to publish notice of said meeting in
accordance with the provisions of Chapter 336, Florida Statutes.
