RESOLUTION NO. 84 -1970
WHEREAS, Bayview Enterprises, Inc., a Florida corporation,
desires to convey certain lands to the County of Monroe, State of Florida
for road purposes, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida desires to accept such conveyance, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following described lands in
Monroe County, Florida, to-wit:
The most Easterly fifty (50 I) feet of the Trustees of the Internal
Improvement Fund of the State of Florida Deed No. 19837-A,
under Official Record Book 53, At Page 238, less portions
thereof owned by the City of Key West, Florida, under Official
Record Book 359, on Page 68 through 72, Public Records,
Monroe County, Florida as shown per attached sketch;
being deeded by Bayview Enterprises, Inc., a Florida corporation to
Monroe County, State of Florida, for road purposes, be, and the said con-
veyance is hereby accepted and approved, and the Chairman and the Clerk
of said Board be, and they are hereby authorized to execute the necessary
acceptance on said deed of conveyance, and cause same to be recorded in
the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida.
