RESOLUTION NO. 87-1970
RESOL UTION TRANSFERRING EUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida to make budgeted transfers previously set up in
the Monroe County Budget for the year 1969-70. now. therefore.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the budgeted transfers previously
set up in the Monroe County Budget for the year 1969-70 in the amounts
hereinafter set forth be transferred to and from the following accounts:
GENERAL REVENUE FUND
Transfer from Item #673.04. Travel and Auto Allowance, the
sum of $200.00 to Item #673.19, Gasoline, Lubricants and
other Propellants.
Transfer from Item #673.04, Travel and Auto Allowance, the
sum of $200. 00 to Item #673.22. Maintenance of Building.
Transfer from Item #20110, Legal Advertising, the sum of
$200.00 to Item #201.13, Office Supplies and Expenses.
Transfer from Item #202.23. Maintenance of Equipment, the
sum of $70.00 to Item #802.82, Capital Outlay.
Transfer from Item #901.96, Reserve for Contingencies, the
sum of $320.00 to Item #343.12. Commissions, Fees & Costs.
ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND
Transfer from Item #683.15, Clothing and Wearing Apparel.
the sum of $200.00 to Item #683.29, Utilities.
Transfer from Item #901. 96. Contingency, the sum of $2,215.17
to Item #852.81, Roads Built by Contract.
BE IT FUR THER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be. and he is hereby authorized to take the necessary action to effect
the transfer of funds as hereinbefore set forth.
