RESOLUTION NO. 90 -1970
WHEREAS, the tax roll for the City of Key Colony Beach, Florida
for the year 1970 has been equalized by the Board of Tax Adjustment of
Monroe County, Florida, and the Assessor of Taxes of Monroe County,
Florida has certified the valuation thereon, and
WHEREAS, the City of Key Colony Beach, Florida has certified the
millage to be levied for said City, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONER S
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the millage to be levied for the
year 1970 for the City of Key Colony Beach, Florida, is hereby adopted as
follow s :

Mills
BE IT FUR THER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and he is hereby directed to certify the above levied millage to
the County Assessor Taxes.
