Florida desires to renounce and disclaim any right of the County and the
public in and to the hereinafter described street, alley-way, road or high-
way as delineated on the hereinafter described map or plat, and
WHEREAS, under Chapter 336, Florida Statutes, it is necessary to
hold a public hearing after publishing due notice of said hearing in accor-
dance with said Chapter, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that at
8 :00 P. M. Tuesday,
November 24
, 1970, said Board will hold a public hearing
to determine whether or not said Board will renounce and disclaim any
right of the County and the public in and to the following described street,
alley-way, road aT highway:
That portion of Avenue D, South of Lot I, Block 10,
Key Largo Trailer Village, a Subdivision of Lot 27
& Portions of Lots 28 - 35 & 36 of Model Land Com-
pany - P. B. I - P. 68, lying in Section 22 - TWP 6lS .-
RGE 30E, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 43 of the
Public Records of Monroe County, Florida.
BE IT FUR THER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, ana he is helL"eby olL"deTed to publish notice of said meeting in
accordance with the provisions of Chapter 336, Florida Statutes.
