RESOLUTION NO. 103-1970
RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida, to make budgeted transfers previously set up in
the Monroe County Budget for the year 1970-71, and to create new items
under said budget, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the budgeted transfers previously
set up in the Monroe County Budget for the year 1970-71, in the amounts
hereinafter set forth be transferred to and from the following accounts:
GENERAL REVENUE FUND
Transfer from Item #221.24, Maintenance of Grounds,
the sum of $35.00, to Newly Created Item #221.19, Gas,
Oil, Lubricants & Other Propellants.
Transfer from Item #857.82, Capital Outlay, the sum
of $96.00, to Newly Created Item #557.45, Contracted
Services.
Transfer from Item #821. 82, Capital Outlay, the sum of
$66,000.00, to Item #868.82, Capital Outlay.
Transfer from Item #684.24, Maintenance of Grounds,
the sum of $100.00, to Newly Created Item #684.44,
Transportation Other Than Travel.
Transfer from Item #211.13, Office Supplies & Expenses,
Inc1. Printing, the sum of $200.00, to Newly Created
Item #211.85, Books, Maps, Plates, Newspapers & Mag-
aZInes.
Transfer from Item #559.44, Transportation Other Than
Travel, the sum of $50.00, to Newly Created Item #559.15,
Wearing Apparel.
FINE AND FORFEITURE
Transfer from Item #234.85, Reference Books, Maps, etc.,
the sum of $100.00, to Newly Created Item #234.14, Supplies
Not Otherwise Specified.

Transfer from Item #674.04, Travel and Auto Allowance,
the sum of $200. 00, to Newly Created Item #674.14, Sup-
plies Not Otherwise Specified.
LAW LIBRARY
Transfer from Item #878.85, Purchase of Law Library,
the sum of $1, 368.95, to Newly Created Item #678.80,
Outstanding Obligation.
BE IT FUR THER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and he is bereby authorized to take the necessary action to effect
the transfer of funds as hereinbefore set forth.
