RESOLUTION NO. 115-1970
WHEREAS, the State of Florida Department of Transportation has
filed its application for a fill and dredge permit from the Board of County
Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, for proposed dredging area
and construction in the vicinity of Boca Chica Channel at Raccoon Key,
Monroe County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, has no objection to the is suance of said requested ~rmit, now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that a fill and dredge permit be issued
to the State of Florida Department of Transportation for the location des-
cribed as follow s :
Proposed Dredging in Vicinity of Boca Chica Channel at
Raccoon Key, County of Monroe, Florida;
both as delineated on the sketch of survey attached hereto and made a part
of this Resolution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to forward certified copies
of this Resolution to the State of Florida Department of Transportation.
