RESOLUTION NO. 182 -l992
A RESOLUTION TO RESCIND RESOLUTION NO. 283-1991
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items to account for
unanticipated_funds in the Monroe County Budget for the
Fiscal Year 1991 and to create new items under said budget,
and
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to rescind Resolution No.
283-1991, passed and adopted August 28, 1991, due to
erroneous amounts, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the receipt of unanticipated
funds previously set up in the Monroe County Budget for the
Fiscal Year 1991 in Resolution No. 283-1991, passed and
adopted on August 28, 1991, is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board
held on the 1st day of April, A.D. 1992.
