A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS OF THE LOWER
AND MIDDLE KEYS FIRE AND AMBULANCE DISTRICT OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 125-1991;
AND PROVIDING FOR APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS TO THE
FIRE-RESCUE RESOURCE REVIEW COMMITTEE.

WHEREAS, on April 3, 1991, the Board of Governors of the Lower and
Middle Keys Fire and Ambulance District of Monroe County, Florida,
hereinafter the "DISTRICT" adopted Resolution 125-1991, and
WHEREAS, the DISTRICT now desires to rescind said Resolution NO.
125-1991, for purpose of clarity and to make changes thereto; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida,

,1992, adopted Resolution No. 190-1992 which established
on
a Fire-Rescue Resource Review Committee; and
WHEREAS, the DISTRICT desires that the Fire-Rescue Resources Review
Committee shall from time to time consider matters placed before it for
comment and recommendation.
WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 1~-1992 provides for the DISTRICT, upon
adoption of an appropriate companion resolution, to appoint two members
from the Lower and Middle Keys Fire and Ambulance District to the
Fire-Rescue Resource Review Committee; and,
WHEREAS, the DISTRICT desires to make said appointments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS OF LOWER AND
MIDDLE KEYS FIRE AND AMBULANCE DISTRICT, MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1. Resolution No. 125-1991 adopted on April 3, 1991 be hereby
rescinded.
2. The DISTRICT shall appoint two residents of the Lower and Middle
Keys Fire and Ambulance District to the Fire-Rescue Resource Review
Committee.
3. The members on the DISTRICT representing the Cities of Key Colony
Beach and Layton shall each make one of the appointments.
The foregoing resolution was offered by Comm. Halenza , who moved
its adoption. The motion was seconded by Commissioner London , and
upon being put to a vote was as follows:
