RESOLUTION NO.

RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is nece ssary for the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida, to make budgeted transfers previously set up
in the Monroe County Budget for the year 1972-73, and to create new items
under said Budget, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the budgeted transfers previously
set up in the Monroe County Budget for the year 1972-73, in the amounts
hereinafter set forth be transferred to and from the following accounts:
ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND
Transfer from Item #4102.402, Capital Outlay - Equip-
ment, the sum of $5,000.00 to Newly Created Item
#5346.341, Contractual Services.
Transfer from Item #4102.402, Capital Outlay - Equip-
ment, the sum of $1,000.00 to Item #5346.331, Rental.
Transfer from Item #4102.402, Capital Outlay - Equip-
ment, the sum of $10,000.00 to Item #4102.203, Materials.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of
said Board be, and he is hereby authorized to take the necessary action to
effect the transfer of funds as hereinabove set forth.
