RESOLUTION NO. 43 -1973
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Monroe County, Florida, at a public
hearing on November 17, 1972, duly called and held in accordance with the
zoning regulations of Monroe County, Florida, and the laws of the State of
Florida, considered the request of Lorraine A. Lundgreen for a change of
zoning on Part of Lot 1 and Key Vaca Bay Bottom, two parts of Lot 1 (Key
Vaca) as shown recorded in Plat Book 426, Page 297 of the Public Records
of Monroe County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, after taking testimony and hearing all persons desiring
to be heard, said Board denied the request for a change of zoning from GU
to RU-3T, and
WHEREAS, Lorraine A. Lundgreen filed an appeal with the Board of
County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, asking the Board to re-
verse the decision of the Zoning Board, in accordance with the laws applic-
able thereto, and
WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of April, 1973, the Board of County Com-
missioners held such appeal and Richard Payne, attorney, appeared on behalf
of said Lorraine A. Lundgreen, and after reviewing the record and proceed-
ings and said action taken at said public hearing on November 17, 1972, and
hearing the arguments of counsel for the above party, voted to uphold the
action of the Zoning Board in denying the request for change of zoning from
GUtoRU-3T, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to pass a Resolution confirming the up-
holding of the above action of said County Commis sion, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the decision of the Zoning Board
made at the public hearing on November 17, 1972, denying the request of
Lorraine A. Lundgreen for change of zoning on part of Lot 1 and Key Vaca

Bay Bottom, two parts of Lot 1 (Key Vaca) as shown recorded in Plat Book
426, Page 297 of the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida, be and
the same is hereby upheld.
